At Axor Helmets, we are committed to your safety and satisfaction by offering a seamless 15-day return and exchange policy for all unused gear. If your helmet doesn't provide the perfect fit or meet your performance standards, we will help you find the right replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection Preparation

  Ensure the helmet is in its original condition, including all protective films on the visor, tags, and the original Axor branded packaging.

  Secure Shipping

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our safety experts inspect the returned gear, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
